National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) is providing a help desk for investigators seeking assistance on data management concepts, standards, and techniques. We also seek to help IPYDIS members and other data managers adhere to IPY standards and policies. Please contact with any questions. Our hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., U.S. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed on most major United States holidays.
